About Lou Sorensen

I am a maternity and family photographer based in Brisbane, Australia. With 8 years experience, my career took root in commercial and travel photography.

After traveling extensively overseas, I arrived back in Australia to witness my family growing all around me, as the important women in my life experienced the magic and complexity of their transformative journey into motherhood.

The profound beauty of my family’s growth is what called me to the place you’ll find me in today. Now, specialising in capturing these joyous and sometimes raw moments in birthing people and families lives.
